An Exciting Journey with VMware

I joined in 2011 when we had 9,000 employees. It’s mind-boggling to realize we’re now at ~16,000 employees and our Palo Alto campus has exceeded the size of Disneyland (100+ acres)! CRAZY!

I’d be lying to say my career journey with VMware was a smooth, easy track. Leading the efforts in mass collaboration and orchestrating people engagement strategies involve countless decision makers, conflicts, misunderstandings, and variables you cannot control. But the challenges were and still are worthwhile.

My son is learning how to walk… and wield a lightsaber. He and his twin sister have not seen Star Wars yet, but I’m already training them in the ways of the Force. Question for parents: What’s a good age for kids to start watching Star Wars?
