Question: Do you ever get mad?
Oh yes! But I don’t blog about it often. Today, I will.
While speeding to work on the 880, an aggressive driver began to tailgate me. Naturally, I moved over to the middle lane. I could have sworn he gave me a sneer as he passed by me which I did not appreciate. The driver soon realized that I wasn’t going faster b/c there was a slower car ahead in the left lane. The driver decided to swing all the way to the right lane and zig-zag between cars just to be slightly ahead. He must have been going at least 90 mph. Keep in mind it was raining this morning!
Ten seconds later, we’re coming up to the 280 and this area always has traffic. I was still in the middle lane minding my own business when I saw the same hasty driver abruptly slow down in the left lane causing cars behind him to immediately brake. The guy then moved ALL the way to the right lane to get on the 280 where he was forced to stop completely.
I wanted to slow down next to his car and give him the finger but I knew that
- Jesus would not approve; and
- This guy could be a road-rage psycho.
While I passed him, I yelled, “LOSER!” I knew he couldn’t hear me since my windows were closed but this form of passive aggression felt good.
And at that exact moment, the jerk got rear-ended by a truck! The truck didn’t hit him hard, but it was enough to do some bumper damage.
I’m evil. I laughed really hard.
